Hi everyone, we are Ale and Mari and we are pleased to present ZERO GRAVITY CAGLIARI. Our new project comes to life in the heart of Cagliari, more precisely in via Sassari 11/13 inside Palazzo Vivanet. Zero Gravity Cagliari was born, after five years of culinary experience, with the ambitious aim of revolutionizing the perception of pizza. In fact, we are committed to offering a light and easily digestible dough, using only fresh, high-quality ingredients. We are also pleased to announce the launch of the LOW-CARB project, designed specifically for those with special dietary needs. It is in fact a low carbohydrate dough without sacrificing taste. Our mission is to offer high quality food, from sweet to savory, in an exceptional location, creating a pleasant and familiar atmosphere for all our customers. Our motto is "take pizza lightly".

WHY'

Low Carb project

Low Carb is an ambitious project, which was created to introduce changes in the way of tasting pizza, and is aimed at those who have particular nutritional needs such as DIABETES.

So why not try to change your point of view on pizza, preferring a dough that is always light and digestible?

The Low Carb Project was born with the idea of sharing for those who, due to health problems, but not only that, perhaps had to give up an evening with friends at a pizzeria.
